Need help with EverMap? The fastest route is the Contact Support row inside the app. Everything below answers the questions we get most often.
Open EverMap, go to your profile, and use Contact Support in the About section. It opens an email to support@evermap.ai pre-filled with your app version, build, and OS. If something is going wrong, use Export Diagnostics first and attach the file — it gives us the technical detail we need without asking you to describe it.
EverMap requires iOS 27 or later.

Scout is EverMap’s assistant. You ask it something about your own map — where you’ve been, what you photographed there — and it answers, on your device. Scout doesn’t run in the background or send you unprompted suggestions.
